Boyfriend and I have been here for almost 2 weeks and we both love it. It's quiet and everyone seems pretty friendly. Management is AMAZING! We had a few problems with our apartment (which is why we only rated a 4 star) so we called the manager and in less than an hour she had somebody over to fix it. She's been nothing but great. The maintenance people are also nice and gets things done in a timely manner. There are many shopping centers nearby and a 24 hour smiths right across the street. We love the area, it's away from the strip and area isn't crazy busy. But for the majority of our satisfaction with our new apartment is solely based on the manager here, she is really great. She cares about your problems and concerns and gets things done.
